Exercise is bad for you
This is born from my firm belief in the idea that if you exercise in whatever form, your more likely to allow yourself the thing you’re currently denying yourself – in my case a nice strong coffee about 10 minutes after.
I try not to drink coffee in the afternoon cos it screws with my sleeping habits, but had one anyway on the grounds that I had worked hard so I deserved it – but you have to wonder, if you follow this daft way of thinking, how far will you actually let yourself go with it, and how long before you forget about the trial and just go for the reward instead?
